TMT quenching boxes provide intensive, controlled water quenching for rebars. Multiple water inlets feed nozzles spaced along the cooling length, delivering the required pressure and flow to achieve the desired hardened rim and ductile core.Technical Specifications:

- Design: Multi-nozzle high-pressure water jets; uniform surface cooling to 50-100°C while core stays 600-750°C.

- Features: Adjustable flow/pressure; air nozzles for water removal; self-tempering zone; PLC controls.
